What makes you an expert on land flipping?

“E.B. Farmer” is a name we use to represent our whole family, a family that has spent the last thirty plus years flipping land as our primary means of feeding ourselves. The information in this course represents decades of flipping and development experience, through good times and bad, without ever once losing money on a deal.

How much money can I make?

We generally make a 70-100% ROI within 6 months on most of our deals. With good luck, work ethic, and attention to the details in this course, the same is possible for anyone else.

Why are you telling your secrets?

The family patriarch loves nothing more than to tell his flipping war stories, but all of us have heard them a few too many times at this point. Throw in some life-long aspirations of being a writer, and a young and internet-savvy son who also knows the business, and you’ve got yourself one bean-spilling land flipper course.

If I take the course, will you help me with my deal?

Any questions or concerns about the course (or info within) are no problem, just ask and I’ll try to help you out.

As far as digging into your particular deal and helping you execute it – we have been toying with the notion of becoming consultants over the years, but don’t have any experience doing so yet.

So, the short answer is, e-mail me. We will see what we can work out.

Where are you located?

In the United States. Unfortunately, being more specific than that could hurt our ongoing business interests.

How much money do I need to get started land flipping?

You can do this with no money or credit, but it more difficult. If you’ve got 50 or 100 grand it is very easy to get started with small flips. We’ve got solutions for both situations inside the course.

Is there risk involved in land flipping?

As I’ve said above, we’ve never had to eat a piece of dirt. We’ve had obstacles of course, but we’ve always managed to overcome them. While there are certainly risks involved, we’d say that if you buy right, you aren’t taking much of a gamble.

What makes land flipping better than house flipping?

• Less competition
• Huge market
• Land can be divided
• Disparity in appraised value is easier to find
• Less bothersome and risky than housing
• More fun
